Founded in 2011, HKI-SLAM has maintained its commitment to help people strengthen their service leadership mentality and practice. We have united educational institutions, government agencies, businesses and individuals in order to develop the growing domain, fanning out from Hong Kong to other major service hubs.

SLAM EDUCATION

The Service Leadership curriculum is designed to improve the being of each service leader. Rather than looking at skills and competencies alone, SLAM education is a holistic approach for enhancing competence, character, and nurturing a deeper caring disposition for the most competitive service leadership mentality.

SERVICE LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE

The Fung Service Leadership Initiative is a cooperative effort of the Victor and William Fung Foundation, the Hong Kong Institute of Service Leadership & Management (HKI-SLAM), and each of the eight University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded universities in Hong Kong. The Initiative represents a strategic effort to strengthen service leadership education in Hong Kong.
